Integreat Plus are delighted that two Neighbourhood Plans we have been supporting have recently been adopted by their respective local planning authorities, after being successful at local referendum. 

The Oxenhope Neighbourhood Plan in Bradford, and the Wickersley Neighbourhood Plan in Rotherham will now be used to help inform planning decisions in their areas. Both plans are the result of extensive community engagement and consultation and cover issues such as local heritage, business and employment space, high quality housing, and the environment. 

The Wickersley Neighbourhood Plan includes a Design Code, which sets acceptable design parameters for the area, and provides best practice examples covering a range of design topics such as local character, sustainable design, green infrastructure and parking.
